midsummers nights dream

1. Why is the play called, “A Midsummer Night’s Dream”? Could you think of a more appropriate title? If so, what would you call it and why?
The characters had dreams, I would call it day dream madness because the characters are having alot of dreams and the lovers are not handling this right because theseus and hippolyta were crazy .

2. If you were to act this play out on stage, which character would you choose to be and why?
I would want to be Oberon because he can Zap! people into falling in love.


3. What was your favorite Act/Scene? Why?
I liked when they did the thisbe and Pyramus play becuase it was funny.
4. Who was your least favorite character? Why ?
my least favorite character was Demitrius because he was being so nasty to helena.
5. Would you change any part of the play? Why or why not? If you would, what would you change? I would not change it because the characters are funny.
6. Did you like the play? Why or why not? I liked the play because the they kept on saying funny things to eachother.
7. Write a brief scene (this does not have to be in paragraph form) that features something that Shakespeare purposefully left out of the play. Examples include "When Lysander and Hermia first meet", "Helena telling Demetrius about Hermia and Lysander's plan", "The wedding ceremony", or you can even write a scene that takes place after the craftsmen put on their play for Theseus. Choose from these examples or make up your own. This does not have to be written in Shakespearean English, but you may give it a try if you'd like! Be sure to include stage directions to let the reader know who is in the scene and where (geographically and sequentially) it is taking place.Remember, you must choose ANY 3 of these questions. I actually liked this act because it was more interesting in it. I laughed when me and Eric had a fight about be Oberon but i let him have the part, I choose quince because he did not have that much parts and i really didn't want to talk that much.

Scene2 act2

This scene was alright because it had alot of characters. I had a great part and it was actulley more rolles on it. I was the stage director thi time. The best part was when Naadir and Amanda were singing.

Midsummer nights dream act 1summary

This scene was alright it some funny characters, like Demetrius because the funny thing about him was when he said no i do not like you any more. He said he likes Hermia, but she does not like him, and whats really sad is that Helena still likes him. Other then that scene 1 was great,it amazed me.
The part in scene two was good to, but all of the boys had to play these parts so it was me Jonnathon,Aliou, Arron B, Naddir, and Zaire. The best part was naddir's because he played Bottom. His role said ''everybody has a play to this scene now be quiet'', and i played starvelling and he only had two parts but it was alright.
